The Managing and Administrative Director of DTA AUS Education, Don Thusitha is a prolific individual with experience and expertise in wide range of fields. His innate entrepreneurial drive and leadership qualities have helped him excel in numerous fields. He holds multiple degrees including Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) obtained in 2010. Master of financial economics (M.A.F.E) obtained in 2009 and Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Honors). In 2018, Thusitha earned a special certificate of real estate sales and property management IV – 2018 of (R.E.I.V) in Australia. Originally from Sri Lanka, Thusitha is now an Austarlain citizen. He acquired business insights and experience in the fields of Business Development, Sales and Marketing as well as Project Management and Operational Management over past 10 years in Australia. He counts years of experience in Agriculture Engineering filed as a designer of Hi-Tech Irrigation systems for the agriculture farms and mining industry in Australia. His experience and career extends beyond Sri Lanka and Australia to the USA, Canada, Japan, Israel, Thailand and the Maldives. He is especially skilled at process improvement which facilitates successful navigation of challenges. Thusitha’s strong network of robust relationships that span across Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and Thailand is a valuable asset to international students affiliated with DTA AUS Education. Thusitha’s involvement with DTA AUS Education is instrumental in student performance to enable each student to reach their potential and enjoy overall satisfaction.
